Why I need to disclose my medical condition?

For your safety and ours, it is essential to disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to receiving nail treatments. We do not provide services on infected or broken nails or skin in the treatment area.

Please inform us if you have any of the following:

  • infection
  • diabetes
  • broken skin
  • any other medical conditions related to our services

Additionally, we recommend notifying us if you are pregnant.

This information ensures we can tailor our services safely and prevent any risk of infection or complications during your treatment, complying with health and hygiene regulations.

Health and hygiene are fundamental to our salon’s standards. We strictly implement and follow hygiene and infection control practices to ensure the safety of all clients.

You are required to declare any relevant medical conditions before treatment. This allows us to provide safe and appropriate care. We use single-use tools such as files, buffers, brushes, towels, separators, and liners for each client to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

  • Japanese Premium Gel Nail [Extra-Firm]
    This service features an extra-strong finish, ideal for clients with thin, weak, or uneven nails. The extra-firm finish provides enhanced durability and long-lasting wear for all nail styles.

  • Japanese Premium Gel Nail [Soft]
    A softer gel manicure option available in single-color application with limited nail art designs.

  • Normal Polish (Naked, Clear, or Single Colour)
    Choose from vegan and 10-free formulas, with luxury brands available for an additional fee. The polish is applied in four layers: base, two coats of colour, and top coat.

  • Hard Gel Extension
    Durable hard gel nail extensions tailored for strength and style.

  • Nail Art
    French, Ombre (Glitter or Colour), Matte, CatEye, Chrome are available. All style-nail are on Extra-Firm finish.

If you applied Japanese Gel by KENLLY and are returning for a Japanese Gel re-do, there is no removal charge.

SNS / Acrylic / Tips

  • No service

For clients arriving with SNS, acrylic, or tip extensions from another provider: Please have these removed BEFORE your appointment. Our salon does not remove SNS, acrylic, or tips, and our Japanese Gel is not applied over acrylic or tip extensions.
Do you do extension?

We offer Hard Gel for nail extensions, sculpted directly over your natural nails to create a seamless, gap-free finish. This technique ensures a strong, durable extension with a smooth surface. The price includes one colour of your choice.

The service duration is approximately 2 hours.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to reschedule, please contact KENLLY directly via SMS / WhatsApp / Call us, prior to your scheduled time.

Failure to provide notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in a requirement to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit on your next booking.
How long it last?

Manicure: Japanese Gel Nail [Extra-Firm] typically lasts 3 to 4 weeks.

Manicure: Japanese Gel Nail [Soft] typically lasts 2 to 3 weeks.

We offer a 7-day guarantee on all Gel Nail services. Please contact us within 7 days of your appointment for any concerns.

  • Please note that longevity can be affected by individual lifestyle and nail condition.
  • Inform us if your nails have previously had SNS / TIP applications or any form of damage.
Why you do not offer SNS / Acrylic / Tip?

We prioritize the health and safety of our staff and clients by using products with reduced chemical exposure. Although SNS nails are popular, we do not offer this service because our chosen products contain fewer chemicals to minimize potential health risks.

If you visit us with SNS, acrylic, or tip enhancements on your nails, please have them removed prior to your appointment. We do not remove SNS, acrylic, or tips, nor do we apply Japanese Gel over these enhancements.
What is your payment option?

Current pricing is available on our booking menu. All prices are GST-inclusive.

We accept payment by cash and major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.

  • A local card surcharge of 1.5% applies.
  • Additional surcharge applies for international cards.
  • EFTPOS surcharges are the same as credit card fees.
